Northern European Championships

In November 2026, The Danish Gymnastics Federation, in collaboration with Aalborg Idrætsgymnastik Forening (AIG), will welcome male and female teams from 12 countries in Northern Europe. The Northern Europeans is a unique sporting event, where approximately 145 of the best male and female gymnasts from Northern Europe will battle it out for the medals within the following 3 categories: Team, All-Around and Individual Events. The Northern Europeans is a prestigious event in the Danish gymnastics calendar. The competing countries include Denmark, England, the Faroe Islands, Finland, Ireland, Iceland, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Norway, Scotland, Sweden and Wales. Many of the gymnasts from Northern Europeans will go on to represent their countries at the European Championships, World Championships, and even Olympic Games in Los Angeles in 2028.
